Earlier this week I was at my company, IBM’s, executive briefing center in Austin, TX.  In the lobby, I noticed a display case with a PS3… Of course that caught my attention, so I inquired.   It seems that the Cell Processor chip in the PS3 was designed at the IBM offices in Austin, TX.

I now have a lot more respect for my company.
